Tickets are available through our website. Do not buy tickets from third party sellers. We cannot guarantee that these tickets will be genuine. For any other ticket enquiries please contact info@brockwell-live.com

There is no re-entry to the site once you have entered the event. Please make sure you have everything you need with you. If you need to re-enter the event for exceptional circumstances please contact info@brockwell-live.com

Our aim is for a crime and drugs-free event: you should expect to be searched as you enter the site. We will have search dogs operating on entry to the festival. If found with drugs you will be ejected and may be passed to the police.
Laws around so-called ‘legal-highs’ are now in force and if you are found with Nitrous Oxide or other psychoactive substances you can expect to be passed to the police, as well as being refused access to the event. See www.talktofrank.com for more info.

If you are asked to present ID, we accept passports or UK driver’s and provisional licences. Please note that a Challenge 25 policy will be in operation at all bars on site. Please see our age policy document here.

To make your entry to the site as quick as possible we recommend that you do not bring a bag. However small bags smaller than an A4 piece of paper are permitted if required. Any bags larger than A4 size are prohibited, there are no cloakroom or locker facilities on site. You can leave your bags at one of Stasher’s hundreds of left luggage locations. The festival site is located in Brockwell Park. The address is - Brockwell Park, Norwood Road, London, SE24 9JU
We actively deter visitors from driving to the event, there is no available parking in or around the areas. Lambeth and Southwark parking enforcement will be working all weekend, and vehicles which are parked illegally will receive enforcement action or be towed. There are multiple road closures in place to help facilitate the event, so normally free parking bays will not be available.
We advise all visitors to choose greener travel options, such as public transport and arriving by bike or foot. We actively deter visitors from driving to the event. We have a bike park outside the festival site for anyone wishing to cycle to the event. It is located at the Herne Hill entrance. There are also cycle racks available in the local area. Please respect the park and do not attach your bike to the park railings or gates.
Brockwell Park is well served by numerous bus routes and two major public transport hubs, both with step free access.
● Herne Hill overground station - 0.3 miles
Herne Hill is the closest station to the event site, situated to the north-east of Brockwell Park. The station is approximately 500 metres away from both the Brixton and Herne Hill entrances of the festival site and involves crossing two roads to access the park. Staff help is available at this station with ramps for train access and step free access coverage.

● Brixton Underground Station and Brixton Rail Station - 1 mile
Brockwell Park is approximately 1 mile away from Brixton Underground Station. Visitors can travel by train from the nearby Brixton Rail Station to Herne Hill, which is a 2 minute train journey. The distance between Brixton Underground Station and Brixton Rail Station is approximately 130 metres by roadside pavement and involves crossing a road once.
There are also several bus routes from the underground station to outside of the park.
There is step-free access at Brixton Underground station.

● Buses
The following routes all serve the area: 2, 3, 37, 68, 196, 322, 432, 468, 690 and all have accessible access.
The closest bus stops located outside of the show site are on Dulwich Road and Norwood Road. Both bus stops are located approximately 130 metres (2 minute walk) away from the Herne Hill entrance to the park.

At the end of the event, think of our neighbours around the park and leave quietly.
There are two exits out of the event, one to Brixton Station and one for Herne Hill Station. All park gates will be secured with the exception of Brixton Water Lane gate and Herne Hill gates. Please follow signage and instructions of security who are there to help you.

Brockwell Live are responsible for funding the reinstatement of the park, and have already worked extensively with Lambeth to prepare for any required work, which will begin immediately after the event, with the aim of returning the majority of the site to the community as soon as possible.
Further updates will be made directly to the community through the coming days - we appreciate the patience and understanding of the public as we deal with the consequences of the severe weather experienced last weekend. -

Food and Drink
There are a wide variety of food traders and bars available at the festival. You may not bring your own food and drink to the festival. If you require an exemption for medical reasons, please email us at info@brockwell-live.com
Toilets
Toilets are located throughout the site and clearly signposted.
Welfare and First Aid
There is Welfare and First Aid provision on site. Services are open during event hours and all visits are logged and recorded. If you need to store medicine, you can store it in the fridge at the Welfare Tent.
Lost Property
Lost Property is handled at the Welfare Tent, located next to Bar 2. Please head there and speak to our Lost Property Manager if you have lost or found an item. In addition to this, please either contact us via email lostproperty@tlcwelfare.co.uk or scan the barcode below. We will help as best we can!
Free Drinking Water
There are free drinking water points available throughout the event. We encourage you to bring your own re-useable water bottle to refill at these points.
Seating, Shade and Wet Weather
This is a full standing show and personal chairs and stools are not permitted, however we do offer some seating around food concession areas within the site so you can enjoy your meal. This is an outdoor event on a greenfield site, so please be aware that ground conditions may be variable. We recommend customers prepare for all weathers.
Recycling
In an effort to reduce the use of plastic on site the event has implemented a ban on the sale of all single use plastic bottles on site.
ATMs
There will be no ATMs available on site. These are cashless events and only Card
Payments will be accepted.
Nappy Changing & Breast Feeding
If you are attending one of our all ages events and require nappy changing and/or a quiet space for breast feeding please visit our welfare area and ask welfare staff for assistance.

Upon arrival at the festival all customers will be subject to a search. Various items are prohibited at the event to keep everyone safe and to allow us to comply with the licensing objectives. The following items are prohibited at the event and we reserve the right to prohibit any other item if in the reasonable opinion of the organisers it could constitute a risk to safety or security.
Permanent Markers & Pens
Any permanent marker, paint, ink or sharpie pen will be confiscated.
Food and Drink
You may not bring any food or drink (including alcohol) to the event with the exception of a single bottle of water up to 500ml in size. Water points are available on site. Empty re-useable water bottles are permitted. If you require an exemption on medical grounds please contact us via access@brockwell-live.com
Liquids
You may not bring any liquids into the event other than sealed bottles of water up to 500ml in size or tubes of sun cream and hand sanitiser up to 50ml.
Drugs / Controlled Substances
A drugs search is in operation at the event entrances with search dogs operating, if any drugs are found, you will be ejected and passed to the police. This includes psychoactive substances “legal highs” & Nitrous Oxide
Trolleys & Chairs
Trolleys are prohibited from entering the site. You may not bring personal chairs, stools or other furniture onto the event site.
Filming equipment
Unauthorised professional photography or filming equipment is prohibited.
Glitter
The event organisers are committed to minimising the impact of the event on the park environment so containers of glitter will be confiscated on arrival. Customers can wear their own glitter when they arrive on site, but cannot bring any bottles/packets of glitter to site.
Dangerous items:
The following are considered dangerous and are not permitted, our security team reserve the right to confiscate prohibited items:
• Drones
• Glass in any form (including perfume bottles)
• Cans or metal containers
• Spray cans, Gas cannisters or compressed gas in any container
• Fireworks, flares, smoke cannisters, Chinese lanterns
• Camping stoves or cooking apparatus, explosives
• Hand held communication devices such as radios, radio jammers / scanners
• Firearms, knives or blades, replica weapons of any sort
• Large golf umbrellas
• Balloons
• Stools / camping sticks / chairs or other furniture
• Gazebos or parasols
• Sports equipment
• Flags and banners
• Megaphones, amplification equipment
• Klaxons, airhorns or other similar items capable of making loud noise
• Laser pens
• Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, trolleys, buggies
• Any other item which security may deem hazardous

No, we do not allow pets to enter the event.
However, we welcome assistance dogs, as long as they have been specifically trained to assist you, only use the toilet in a designated spending area and behave in a way that is appropriate around other customers.
If you are planning to bring your assistance dog, we ask that you let us know by completing the online access booking form (here) in advance so we can give you any necessary information and to enable us to plan to ensure you have the best experience possible.
